What is the barbell class?

Our CrossFit Barbell is a group class that focuses on Gymnastic, Cardio, & Weightlifting. This Program's emphasis is Strength bias and is constantly varied throughout the week. Our program lasts 50 to 60 minutes & revolves around functional movements that are can be performed at all levels of intensity. All wods are scaleable & appeal to any & all individuals age, health, and or current level of fitness.

What is the Interval Class?

Interval Circuit Training aka ICT. This "BootCamp" style program primarily focuses on weight loss & is mainly cardio-based. This 50 minute circuit involves functional movements such as squatting, jumping, pulling, and pushing. Weights are also incorporated, utilizing dumbbells and kettlebells.

Drop ins- $25 ………….(to sign up for a Drop In class: register and pay on our MindBody app prior to class)
