Renaissance Periodization 9:30 AM Zoom
At 9:30 AM, we will have a 30 minute Zoom with the owner of Renaissance Periodization. This is a diet program that is designed to either help you build muscle or to help you shed fat while maintaining your current muscle. All interested please come to the gym.
