2. Our August Committed Club free month raffle winner, our 20 + member sign ins, and our August 2K Row standout athletes will all be announced Tuesday, September 3rd.  

3. In effort to get ALL OF US more disciplined and held more accountable on our food and alcohol consumption, our October Challenge is a Nutritional Challenge. 

The challenge will begin Monday, September 2nd and is as follows: 

Each day (including weekends) will be worth 1 point. In order to get 1 point for the day, you must:A) Not eat anything processed AND B) Not drink alcohol or soda.  No 1/2 points.

- Especially this time of year, it is easy to fall into bad nutritional habits. Gains made over the summer typically get lost due to eating and drinking sugar.  So let’s keep it simple, tighten up the screws and hold ourselves (and each other) most accountable over this next month -

Hotshots 19 Background: 19 City of Prescott (Arizona) firefighters, members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots firefighting team, tragically lost their lives on June 30, 2013, while fighting the Yarnell Hill Fire, which was ignited by lightning two days earlier. It was the deadliest wildfire in Arizona's history.
