We will have combined classes today & no evening classes. We will be completing our annual “12 Days of Christmas” wod. Barbell side will use a bar & Interval side will use DB’s. There are many different variations of this workout so if you have another option you want to complete, go for it, however this is the wod that will be coached.
Please be on time & have your equipment ready. The 830 AM typically the busiest so please prep plan accordingly.
