Power Clean (115/80)
Reverse Lunges
Burpee BJ-Overs (24/20)
-60 DUBS after each set-

-One works, one rests, partition reps evenly.-

Interval
“Post Christmas Pump”
Team of 2, 16 RFT (8 rounds each)
15/12 Calorie Row or 200 m run

*8 Strict Chin Ups or 12 DB Strict Press (35/20’s) during rest. *

-Partner 1 completes row or run while other Partner 2 completes chin ups or strict press.-

4x12 DB Bicep Hammer Curls (35/20’s)
4x10 Calorie Ski
