Conditioning
Open 19.2
AMRAP in 20 minutes
Beginning on an 8 minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:

25 Toes to Bar
50 DUBS
15 Squat Cleans (135/85)
25 Toes to Bar
50 DUBS
13 Squat Cleans (185/115)

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
11 Squat Cleans (225/145)

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
9 Squat Cleans (275/175)

etc. etc.

In teams of two, AMRAP in 30 minutes of:
200m Run
6 DB Hang Power Snatch right + 6 DB Hang Power Snatch left +
8 OH walking lunge right + 8 OH walking lunge left +
10 leg lifts with DB OH

-Partner A runs, then partner B chips away at reps, Partner A then picks up where partner B last left off. Score= total team rounds & reps.-
