For the next 3 weeks leading up to event, our Hybrid Classic Training Workout times will be at 6:00 AM, 7:15 AM & 8:30 AM. All registered athletes are welcome to participate free of charge. Please arrive on time & use your best judgment on bringing kids. All 843 members not participating in our event, may use the weightlifting area to workout. We will resume our Mayhem program following our event.
