Hybrid Class Sunday
Due to expected inclement weather, we’re canceling this Sunday’s workout. Please advise your teammates & help spread the word. Our next Hybrid workout is scheduled for next Sunday, January 25th at 8:00 AM. Sorry for the inconvenience. Saftey is our number one priority. We will have open gym from 9:00 to 10:30 AM inside only.

January Challenge
Everyday, run 1 mile or complete 100 calorie machine before or after class, not including the workout. These small 1% gains will have impactful long term results if done daily & consistently.
