 Run 1 mile or complete 100 calorie machine everyday. Extra credit = 100 bodyweight movement reps of choice.

Barbell & Interval
Conditioning
Team of 2, 6 RFT
10 burpee pullups
20 Thrusters (95/65) or DB (35/20’s)
30/24 Cal ski or bike
80 m sled push (200/155) (one push down, one push back)

Cash in & out with 800 m run
