Team of 2, in a 45 minute window complete AMRAP of:
26 rounds
200 m run
26 calorie machine of choice

Partner one runs 200 m while partner two starts the 26 calorie machine. Upon returning from the run partner one finishes the 26 calories & partner 2 starts the 2nd run. Continue this flow for 45 minutes.
