We will combine classes today as an active recovery day from Murph. The goal today is purely movement. Special thanks to all those that made yesterday possible especially Virginia & Luis for providing all the food, preparation & cleanup.

Alternating DB Snatch or Bumper G2OH (50/35) (45/25)
GHD or Abmat sit-ups

After each round complete either option below:

1. 300 m run
2.100 m farmers carry (53/35’s)

Midline
Accumulate 5 minute plank in 3 sets or less.
