Barbell & Interval
Conditioning
In a 30 minute window, in teams of 3 for max calorie ski or row complete:
Athlete 1: Calorie Ski or Row
Athlete 2: Odd Object hold (see below)
Athlete 3:Plank or static hold of choice.

-A1 can only work when A2 & A3 are working. Athletes transition how feel fit.-

Odd Object(s):
Sandbag, DB’s, KB’s, or Bumpers
