12 x 200 m sprint or 12/9 calorie machine of choice
-Into-
12 x 20 Alt DB Hang Power Clean (50/35)
-Into-
12 x 125 ft Odd Object Carry

-Relay style (You go, I go). Each athlete completes 6 intervals per station. Start on any station.-
