We will complete the Open the next 3 Friday’s in class on the Barbell side. Those that sign up please grab a fellow member to judge you. We have added a Friday 6:15 PM class. Athletes will also have the opportunity to complete or retake the workout during Sunday Open Gym from 9:00–10:30 AM.
