In prep for Murph Monday, our typical “Saturday Sweat” WOD is programmed for today. This is a sample workout from the new CrossFit 843 HYROX Mayhem Program launching June 1st, in addition to our current Barbell & Interval Programs. Our goal is simple: give our members more training options under one roof, for the same membership price. All will be discussed today in class.
