Blackout Barbell Pop Up Shop
Shawn, owner of Blackout Barbell will have his pop-up shop at the gym for all classes today. Come shop their extensive selections of t-shirts, men’s shorts, sports bras, biker shorts, hats and running glasses for race day baby!

Box Brief
This is our last Mini Hybrid Builder workout prior to our Saturday event. We recommend coming in today to get a good light sweat in!

Equipment
We will be loading all equipment at 6:00 PM, proceeding the 5:15 PM class. If anyone is around to lend a helping hand, this process should not take more than 30 minutes. Our 615 PM class will be Open Gym.
